Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At gharr.in, we strive to maximize customer satisfaction and do our best to ensure that the supplied material match customers’ expectations.

This is why we allow return of (select) materials bought, wherever possible, under the following conditions

  • The materials delivered are different from the materials ordered (As written in the order detail). The difference can be in terms of brand, size/dimensions, type of the material ordered.
  • At time of delivery, if the materials are found to be damaged/defective.

If materials are being returned, gharr.in has to be informed before unloading (Within 12 hours of delivery) by sending a mail to info@gharr.in or Call to our 24x7 customer care number with details about why you want to return the materials. Please make sure you mention the invoice # in the mail or keep it handy during call.

Readymade Products:

We may accept returns of any furniture item under the following conditions:

  • Damage in transportation which is apparent at the time of delivery.
  • Manufacturing defect noticed at the time of delivery.
  • Item received differs in specifications viz, colour, size, dimensions, etc.

Please attach the photographs of the defect because it helps us in processing your request faster. Ensure that the product is in unused condition if it needs to be replaced.

Once the claim has been validated, we will either replace the damaged component or take any other measure to resolve the issue.

If the customer wishes to withdraw the order, he may do so, but no refund shall be given. We shall provide a credit note to the customer valid for a period of 90 days.

Custom-made Products:

We shall not accept returns of any custom-made items since they are made as per your specifications. However, if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defect, the same has to be notified at the time of delivery.

Ensure that the product is in unused condition if it needs to be replaced.Once the claim has been validated, we will either replace the damaged component or take any other measure to resolve the issue.

No withdrawal of order and no refunds in this case possible.

Returns will not be accepted if,

  • The product has 'No Returns' in the product detail page at the time of order.
  • The product belongs to "Basic Building Materials" category.
  • The materials have been opened/used, either fully or partially.
  • The materials have been tampered with after delivery. This includes faulty storage.
  • We do not accept partial returns. For example, if you ordered 25 boxes of tiles, used up 20 of those, you cannot return the 5 unused boxes.
  • If replacement for the materials returned is unavailable, we will refund the customer the amount that has been paid for the material. The refund will be carried out through online bank transfer via NEFT/RTGS.Cancellation Policy
